Co-curricular activities April-May

The petrifying and severe impact of
COVID-19 has shaken the world to its
core. As a result, education has
changed dramatically with the
distinctive rise of E-learning, whereby
teaching is undertaken on digital
platforms. JKPS has also explored this
platform during the months of April
and May for regular classes as well as
co-curricular activities. Engaging in
co-curricular activities provides an
opportunity to the students for the
integration of academic, personal and
professional development. Co-
curricular experiences foster the

development of student‘s knowledge
and he/she gains confidence which
helps a child to excel in all the fields.
Students were given an exposure of
co-curricular activities like music,
dance, art and craft, linguistic and
literary club, yoga and computers
through zoom platform during the
pandemic period. Teachers edified
many illustrated and interesting
videos which children enjoyed a lot.
