               Farewell to our Principal

                         Mr. George Mathew

                       “Nostalgia: A Rewind”

Very few have fully realized the wealth of empathy, kindness, curiosity and creativity hidden in
the soul of a child. The effort of an educator is to unlock that treasure. This excellent example has
been set by our dear Principal Sir, Mr. George Mathew. He has not only been nurturing the young
minds at our school, but been a source of inspiration and a strong pillar of support for the entire
        JKPS fraternity.

May 2020 marks the completion of 15 years of his faithful and committed journey with JKPS!

A learned visionary, Mr. Mathew has been an inspiring role model and a progressive leader, with a
heart dedicated towards promoting quality education. It is not an easy task to say goodbye to
someone who has tirelessly advocated for children’s cause, as well as, been a prolific mentor to
teachers and a great administrator for the support staff.

Under his bold and creative leadership, the school has been able to harness the potential of new
technologies like the ICT Project, SMART classes and E-library to further good learning goals. His
guidance and tutelage has encouraged students to become decision makers, problem solvers and
critical thinkers – all of which the country and the world at large needs today.

Mr. Mathew was conferred with the National Teacher’s Award in 2015 in recognition of his
unparalleled personal accomplishments and contributions in the field of education as the
Principal and facilitator of JKPS. During his tenure, it was a dream-come-true moment for all
Jaspalians when Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam, former President of India and a noted visionary, graced the
school’s Silver Jubilee Celebrations with his esteemed presence.

On his superannuation, we laud our Principal Sir’s many achievements and years of hard work.
We salute him for his tenacity, drive, and being a fountainhead of illuminating ideas. We shall
always remember everything he has done for us to make each day, a special memory. The
incredible legacy he’s leaving behind, shall always be cherished. We wish him good health,
happiness and success in all his future endeavors.

THANK YOU, SIR. WE WILL MISS YOU!!
