                             HEADMISTRESS’S MESSAGE

              “Learning isn’t way of reaching
one’s potential but rather a way

              of developing it.”
                                         -Anders Ericson

This academic year began for us all with a bit of a challenge, I believe challenges ought to
be embraced whole-heartedly, as they allow us to innovate and find new ways to cope,
           learn, and grow.

The COVID-19 Outbreak certainly altered the dynamics of every sphere of human life,
including the education sector. It necessitated the replacement of physical classrooms with
virtual learning seemingly overnight. The faculty strived to quickly explore available tools
to find the best fit for our students, sharpen old skills and equip themselves with new ones
           – all to ensure our dear learners get a healthy dose of creative and engaging activities that
           accomplish all educational goals.
I consider this ongoing endeavor a success so far, and we owe a lot of this success to the
parents, for they became our teaching partners in the true sense. Parents, who are used to
getting the children ready in the morning, sending them to school and picking them up in
the afternoons, easily took to ensuring the students get a comfortable learning station at
home, are doing projects, singing, dancing, and even exercising with them in new ways. We
all thank you for your constant support and encouragement.
JKPS has always prided itself on giving children a well-rounded education, engaging them
in curricular and co-curricular activities alike. It was a priority to ensure that whether it is
music, dance, celebrations, intra-class, inter-class or inter-school activities or their regular
classes – all continue seamlessly. The faculty and parents worked together tirelessly to
create opportunities for children to exhibit their creativity, give wings to their imagination,
unleash their hidden talents and hone their skills.
Yet another achievement of this parent-teacher partnership is the first edition of e-
newsletter ‘Confluence’, which chronicles our journey over the last few months – a journey
of learning, growth, and embracing change.

           Happiness Always!!!
