TEACHERS’ INITIAL TRAINING

With the beginning of lockdown and initiation of e-learning, teachers also became a little

apprehensive about the on-going situation. But, with the able support, far-sightedness and
visionary thinking of the School Management, who organised several workshops; learning
activities; webinars and online training sessions, all the fears were dispelled. These sessions
not only equipped the JKPS team to develop a new work culture but also helped hone their
online teaching skills.
