OVERCOMING CHALLENGES...
NOT JUST SURVIVING, BUT THRIVING

Live demonstrations and presentations given on subject topics chosen by the teachers, boosted their
confidence level for online teaching to a great extent. They got a chance to showcase their learning and
overcome their inhibitions.
The significant moral boosters were the frequent Staff Zoom sessions conducted and meticulously planned
by CAREER LAUNCHER team that empowered the mentors in technology for a smooth functioning of virtual
classes. Our esteemed Chairman Sir, Sardar Surjit Singh ji, Vice Chairperson, Mrs. Rasna Singh along with
Principal Sir, Mr. George Mathew and Head Mistress Ma’am, Mrs. Shikha Dhameja constantly motivated,
appreciated, guided and encouraged us to move ahead! Regular Faculty meetings, interactive discussions
among teachers and thought-sharing about various focus areas empowered the teachers even further.
Accompanying these sessions were several webinars on important topics conducted by well-known
educationists and instructors which thoroughly recharged the teachers and made them aware about newer
avenues of teaching skills. Teaching techniques included how to invoke humour, arouse interest, build the
curiosity of the child and retain the attention span of the learners.
